(Hong Kong, 14 May 2024) Discontinuation of Ingenium^® ZB Smart Lighting App and Cloud Services

We regret to inform you that we will be terminating our Ingenium ZB smart lighting app and its associated cloud services on 31^st December 2024. This decision was made after careful consideration, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

However, we are pleased to offer an alternative solution to ensure a seamless transition for our customers. We have partnered with Eria Smart Lighting, which will provide a compatible system that supports our gateway devices. To take advantage of this new solution, you will need to upgrade your gateway’s firmware and configure it again. Rest assured that your data will not be lost in the gateway during this process.

We recommend that you start preparing for the transition as soon as possible to minimize any disruption to your smart lighting experience. Please click here for detailed instruction for the transition to new system.

The Ingenium^® ZB app and cloud services will remain available until 31^st December 2024. After this date, the app and cloud services will no longer be accessible and you will need to use the new Eria Smart Lighting system to control and manage your smart lighting devices.
